Refined install scripts after trying them on a clean system #37

The install scripts are now called directly. The ld4p-tracer-bullets project is too difficult to build on a clean system, mainly because the oracle-db dependency is not easily resolved without setting up access credentials. Rather than build it, a copy of the packaged JAR is now in this project.

These install script changes are blocking me on further scripting. Merging to move on.
