[WIP] Blazegraph loading updates #45

These changes are for loading MARC-RDF into blazegraph when it is installed using a linux package manager, such as Debian apt or RedHat rpm.

Some of the work in this PR was translated into https://github.com/sul-dlss/ld4p-rdf-to-blazegraph/pull/7

Cannot merge this PR until some other other scripts are modified to use the change in the config file.
