Discovery environment based on RDF in triplestore #3

Break this down. Each should be it's own "use case," or tasks? Possibly:

Create new solr instance Find/create mapping from RDF to solr Run test Blacklight instance against this solr index (Jessie set up) Run RDF files to index

First step should be as basic as possible. Will need evaluation from LD4P-Core group (metadata folks).
