remove pgpool user for mod-data-import-converter-storage AFTER stage and prod upgrade to Orchid/Poppy #600

The module mod-data-import-converter-storage was renamed mod-di-converter-storage in Orchid. Before upgrading, we should probably create a new pgpool user, sul_mod_di_converter_storage, and then remove the old user sul_mod-data_import_converter_storage after updgrading.

Outstanding task is to remove the sul_mod-data_import_converter_storage schema owner after the upgrade to poppy.
