Generate list of locations for Hilary #633

Hilary wants a spreadsheet of all the locations in FOLIO. "We are going to be creating some documentation of ILL lendable FOLIO locations, so that's why I am asking."

Asked Hilary if she wants more than location code and name

Used jq to create csv file of location code and name. Since it's just a one-off, script is at bodoni:/s/SUL/Users/dlrueda/get-folio-locs-code-name.sh
