Test the "new" bookplates added since 8/28/2023:

Clear out the digital_bookplates table following instructions in the README.
Deploy latest libsys-airflow code to dev
Unpause the fetch_digital_bookplates and digital_bookplate_instances DAGs
Trigger the fetch_digital_bookplates DAG (when it completes it will trigger the digital_bookplate_instances DAG)
Write up any bug tickets

Test the UI add 979 tags (once testing from above is done)

Deploy latest libsys-airflow code to dev
Unpause the add 979 fields DAG
Upload a file of instance IDs to 979 fields to
Write up any bug tickets
