HTML full text not working on some records

For example, this record:

shows HTML tags in the HTML fulltext view:

i looked at the EDS data they're sending us for that record and it's escaped HTML which is why it's showing up like that.

The native UI works ok:

Debugged this a little, and we're doing something different for research starters vs. article full text. Discussed with @bmckinney and we'd like to return valid HTML rather than escaped HTML for both research starters and article full text.

@bmckinney this record (edsgao__edsgcl.151592087) seems to be broken with the 0.3.15.pre release. All I'm getting back is
