for subjects sometimes EDS uses semi-colons rather than <br> as delimiters #1732

The eds_subjects metadata we receive from the ebsco-eds gem returns <searchLink> markup in which subjects are delimited with <br>. however, in some cases they use ;. this causes subjects to mash together for some records.
