Rename the view MODS button #3616

@arcadiafalcone pointed out that most people would expect a button labeled "MODS" to display MODS, meaning it should display XML. But Argo's "MODS" button displays formatted metadata. It's derived from MODS but it's not MODS.

This raises a few questions.

About the button:

There's a separate question of whether we should have a dedicated display for the descriptive Cocina, or if the display in the "Cocina model" section is sufficient.

Related to https://github.com/sul-dlss/argo/issues/3615 which will involve putting a label on the modal. Currently, the modal doesn't say anything about "MODS" and just shows formatted metadata.

Looking at #3615 I'm wondering if we need "view descriptive metadata" (or "display descriptive metadata"?) as a button for the prettified display and a "MODS" button for the MODS XML. The prettified display has always struck me as a bit odd because each of our systems implements mods_display slightly differently, so it doesn't actually match how the record will display in any of our systems.
