Remove argo3_prod solr collection alias

At http://sul-solr-prod-a.stanford.edu/solr/, if you type Argo in the Collection Selection box, you get:

I believe argo3_prod was an artifact of some significant Argo indexing work done some years ago.

We currently use this in shared_configs for argo-prod ... but perhaps we can find out if it is actually a distinct collection from argo_prod, or is there some magic redirection or mirroring happening? (Chris Beer or ops might know?)

The goal of this ticket is to

• remove argo3_prod, leaving argo_prod, _stage and _qa.
  • (would prefer argo_prod to stay, but we could delete that one if it makes "more sense" - ha)
  • If it can't be removed, then perhaps it should be documented.
• ensure the used Solr indexes are documented in appropriate places, such as READMEs for dor_indexing_app and argo, and/or in DevOpsDocs for those apps (if not already there).

removing the argo3_prod configuration in sul-solr-configs does NOT remove the alias in sul-solr cluster

Per discussion with @ndushay, the actions are:

1. Update all shared_configs to reference argo_prod. (See Mike G. for git branch grepping magic.)
2. Update all puppet references to argo_prod.
3. File a ticket with Ops to remove the alias.

Currently, with latest in master, there are zero shared_configs branches that refer to argo_prod. These branches refer to argo3_prod:
