Pill labels for object type #4549

For collection, item, APO, and agreement, we display a pill at the top of the page specifying which object type the user is seeing on that page. A couple refinements:

  1. The Agreement pages are missing the pill. Can you please put a pill around it in the color: Palo Verde Light 59B3A9
  2. Change the Collection pill color to: (the gray looks too much like our disabled buttons) Poppy light F9A44A
