1. Lock icon in active state:

• Current lock icon is red if it is clickable.
• Proposing we change it to blue. Active states include the locked and unlocked versions of the icon.

2. Lock icon in disabled state:
   • Current icon currently is red with a gray box around it.
   • Proposing we i) remove the gray box and ii) make the icon itself gray (30% black).
