remove unused test data files - they are generated in spec_helper #107

Why was this change made? 🤔

The removed files were going to be used for specs, but instead we use files generated in spec_helper methods. Except for the rotated image.

How was this change tested? 🤨

⚡ ⚠ If this change has cross service impact, run integration tests that do IMAGE ACCESSIONING (e.g. create_preassembly_image_spec) and/or test in [stage|qa] environment, in addition to specs. ⚡

I'm wondering if it makes sense to keep these available in case they are useful during development. If not, then 👍
