remove unused, deprecated parallelContributor #533

NOTE: Changes to openapi.yml require updating openapi.yml for sdr-api and dor-services-app and generating models - see README.

Why was this change made? 🤔

Simplify, simplify, simplify. Arcadia has indicated that parallelContributor can go away.

I have verified with reports that parallelContributor is not used in any of our objects.

How was this change tested? 🤨

Naive question: Have you verified with @arcadiafalcone that she doesn't intend to use parallelContributor in the future? (That is, it is speculative not deprecated.)
