NOTE: Changes to openapi.yml require updating openapi.yml for sdr-api and dor-services-app and generating models - see README.

Why was this change made? 🤔

Resolves #538 to handle different subject name identifier fields in mapping to MODS.

How was this change tested? 🤨

Added a spec and ran unit tests.
