A rake task to cleanup empty/older files/folders in the ABBYY mount.
Useful to cleanup items now that have accumulated during development/testing. Possibly useful in the future if/when we have breakdowns in the cleanup robot and or things get stalled in development and we need some extra cleanup.
Will add to devops docs too if approved
