• [x] updated an existing spec to test with the error class that this PR adds to the updated rescue
• [x] deployed this branch to stage and repeatedly ran through spec/features/preassembly_ocr_image_spec.rb
  • an infrastructure-integration-test branch that reverted the workflow step retry on the integration test side failed 6 times in a row on the ocrWF spec against current common-accessioning main, before this common-accessioning branch was deployed
  • same infra integration test branch succeeded 6 times in a row against this PR's common-accessioning branch
  • also, after deploying this common-accessioning branch, the common-accessioning logs now show the retry message we'd expect, whereas the retries didn't appear in the stage logs for the ocrWF integration tests that were run against main, before this branch was deployed.
