Update indexing endpoint to use new production review environment #377

Depends on https://github.com/sul-dlss/dlme/issues/1761 and https://github.com/sul-dlss/dlme/issues/1762.

Once the new environment is created, Airflow should be updated to POST to the endpoint on dlme-prod-review (instead of dlme-stage) to kickoff indexing.
