[WIP] Add IIIF_v3 Driver to support hashed metadata #528

This partially duplicates the current iiif_json driver into a iiif_json_v3 driver in order to support the hashed metadata. See: https://iiif.io/api/presentation/3.0/#metadata

This also updates paging to support the AUB paging function by collection.
