Add Arabic local versions of facets #1450

I don't see the Arabic equivalents of these fields, (can we add them?):

My recollection is, historically, these fields didn't have consistent data for these fields across languages. My recollection is we only showed Arabic + English fields where we were doing the translations and could guarantee the facet data was the same across locales.

Unless we have consistent translations, there might be a significant gap in what users can do if we restrict them to language-specific fields.

I'm going to put design-needed on this to make sure we think through the UX implications of doing this. Should we decide to move forward on it, I think we need to come up with a better solution instead of duplicating facet field for each locale (a la index + show fields)
