I'm thinking this is something that's already done. I was able to login to Circle via GitHub and I appear to have admin access for the DLME projects. I'm closing now, but feel free to re-open if anybody is having trouble w/ access.
Steps to gain access:
If you're authenticated properly you should begin to see some admin options in the left-hand side panel.
