@andrewjbtw I've remediated all of these (except the first one that we tested with) to be back to just registered and open.
Closing the ticket, you can reopen or open a new one if there are additional issues.
There are 154 items in SDR that should have a preserved version but do not. These are all items from the earliest days of SDR, circa 2013. In Argo, these items have a status of "Accessioned" but the lock icon is inactive.(Example) This means that they can't be opened, which means they can't be updated.
I see at least two steps for remediation:
Step 1 is not something I can do myself. In the past, I would have modified the worklfows in order to get the items back to Registered. But I think the new database model requires some change to be made via DSA. So I'll need dev help with that.
Step 2 I should be able to carry out myself. Spot-checking these druids, I'm likely to decommission most of them. Once the druids are "accessionable" (Registered), I should be able to take care of that. Remediation will take some combination of Argo and Preassembly work.
