[x] mint a new dor-services-app token for use by goobi added to /opt/digiverso/goobi/config/stanford_token.xml on sul-goobi-stage and sul-goobi-prod
[x] have intranda update their XML config to add this new token and their code to use the new dor-services-app endpoint with token instead of calling the workflow client: sul-dlss/sul-goobi#258
[x] test new object and existing object accessioning with goobi
