TL;DR we are moving staging to point only at the "staging universe" of SDR (i.e. argo-stage, purl-stage, stacks-stage, geoserver-stage) and thus we need a new environment that remains pointed at production data.

https://github.com/sul-dlss/operations-tasks/issues/3262 is the first step.

[x] set up continuous deployment to UAT along with stage
[x] update the README
[x] decommission geoserver database on kurma-db-uat-01
