As a user, I would like to be able to choose a citable link to a specific page (or canvas in a IIIF sequence). A good example of this in the wild is Gallica (https://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b6000795k/f25.item). This allows granular citation of specific portions of digitized items for scholarly publications, etc.
