Add horizontal spacer widget to enable more aesthetic page layouts #2489

Some widgets, depending upon the order in which they are displayed and the content in the widgets -- display on the page very scrunched together visually. Although it can be helpful to use the horizontal line widget to create visual space between two widgets, oftentimes the horizontal line is not appropriate. Therefore, it is highly desired to have a horizontal spacer widget that adds blank space between two widgets to provide for a more visually pleasing display.

@caaster will add examples to show us where this occurs.

Here are some examples to illustrate the request. In order to have helpful comparisons, I created a test version of the published Arizona Garden exhibit.

To be clear, this request is for the addition of a blank horizontal spacer widget. Just like the horizontal line widget, but with no line.

  1. See the Arizona Garden home page. See the horizontal line widget used to create improved visual spacing above the "Explore the exhibit" heading. See the TEST Garden exhibit home page with the horizontal line widget removed.
  2. See the Arizona Garden Acknowledgements About page. See the horizontal line widget used to create improved visual spacing at the top of the page above the text. See the TEST Garden Acknowledgements About page with the horizontal line widget removed.
  3. See the Arizona Garden Agave Feature page. See the horizontal line widget used to create improved visual spacing above the "Arizona Garden Day Poster" heading. See the TEST Garden Agave Feature page with the horizontal line widget removed.
