create list of representative bibliographic records for IndexData #2

ID would like Lane to produce a list of approximately 50 representative bibliographic records. These should include records with of a variety of material types, character encodings, records with lots of holdings, items, etc.

@adlpr additionally, can you extract an interleaved bib/holdings file for the same records? I suspect we'll need it once we get to holdings. Thank you!
