Complete the instance mapping spreadsheet from IndexData, notably the "Source field (MARC)" column.

FYI: The instance mapping is pretty much set. The default FOLIO mappings are located in the "Default mapping" sheet. We have the ability to adjust these, but I think most of the defaults should be OK.
