Review new search index settings endpoints #280

Review/update/merge PR https://github.com/sul-dlss/folio-tasks/pull/271/files mod-search reindex endpoint was updated (now it is possible to change index settings. Check MSEARCH-436 and MSEARCH-437 for details.
