Remediated items stuck in gisDeliveryWF #881

The following items are stuck in gisDeliveryWF after starting remediation jobs for them in Preassembly:

Some ran into versioning errors, and others ran into db connection errors related to GeoServer. After 8 hours retrying the failed operation on both sets of problems worked.

However despite these steps being marked as completed it appears that they are all waiting for gis-robot-suite to complete the work. Perhaps something needs to be queued manually?

@edsu I fixed all of the versioning errors. Now that the latest is deployed to prod, let me know if you encounter any more versioning errors.

It looks like these area all unstuck except for https://argo.stanford.edu/view/druid:bb409wq6265 which I will ticket separately. Just noting that they were able to get started again after changing the last step in the versionWF from complete to waiting, which made it seem like the version was still open. The hope is that this will be resolved now that the latest changes related to version opening & closing are deployed to production.
