The first time I click "start here" I should see the first use screen.

Design Doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fcr2DYo7OrX-qTdeUOTWKSS1rlq_47sehESmbvgUsrk/edit#heading=h.v2a0c7kuvnie https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/EQXC9CLKCR2#/screens/420925923

This includes the tooltips. These are the little blue circles with the white "i" in them. Text for these is included in the section on this modal in the Design Doc.

There are several wireframes showing this, including the version for new collection managers. They are generally very much like the work type modal with the addition of help content on the left and the specific implementation for managers. https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/EQXC9CLKCR2#/screens/420925923 https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/EQXC9CLKCR2#/screens/432638955 https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/EQXC9CLKCR2#/screens/432638956 Collection managers: https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/EQXC9CLKCR2#/screens/439654132

Two things need to be specified still here:

  1. which PURL to use as an example (this will skew it's page view stats, potentially)
  2. where to link for information on the approvals process. this still needs to be written
