It didn't show up in the screenshot, but the scroll bar is only about halfway down the page at this point. There is a lot of dead space.
I noted that this item has files in a hierarchy and that there are enough files to require the scroll bar and wondered if either of these things had anything to do with this display problem.
I attempted to reproduce this but was unable to. Making a note of this here as a placeholder to investigate further when I have time.
