Currently feedback is going to libweb-feedback@lists.stanford.edu which is a list that is no longer being monitored or maintained. (It was created for the Drupal 7 website that is long gone now.)
Feedback should go to library-hours-feedback@lists.stanford.edu, and I'll update the member list appropriately. I'll also work with Ops to get it connected to a new Jira project.
