trigger_digital_bookplate_979_task fails when processing input from date range path #1434

trigger_digital_bookplate_979_task receives a list of lists when coming from the funds path and just a normal list when coming from the date range path. This commit makes it so when coming from the funds path, the list of lists is is flattened but it causes problems when the input data is not a list of lists. See log for the failed dag run.
