Boundwith creator app DAG failing silently

In late October we discovered an issue with the boundwith app adding admin notes that was causing the DAGs to fail (mostly silently). I thought we had fixed the issue but I'm still seeing that most of the DAGs are failing on the new_admin_note task. A number are also failing on the add_bw_record or new_bw_record tasks but only a handful of emails have come through reporting Failed Boundwidth Relationships.

I will tell folks to hold off using it until we can get it fixed. Once fixed, can I re-run the failed DAGs to make sure the relationships have been added?

Sometimes there are Boundwith Summary emails sent indicating the relationships were created but the DAG has actually failed.
