Update regex for SDR purls #189

Currently the processing does not include both http AND https SDR purls when creating holdings. Either include both or remove http part.

@jermnelson - This record seems to be getting a SUL Electronic Holdings (as opposed to an SDR holdings) because of the presence of an SDR purl, so the entire SDR logic might need to be looked at closer. a13869424

This purl gets a HILA electronic holdings a6722564, whereas this purl gets a SUL a11964930
