Include things like: Wind-Down Check List Release to Production checklist (mktg, service readiness & stakeholder readiness) DevOps docs Wind-down Deck Tickets / backlogs get a final grooming Proactive mktg and outreach to known (and unknown) interested parties To Do: Start a companion check list in Google Docs or Confluence for winding down a project
