The sdr-register step in sdrIngestWF says it updates "Sedora", a possible reference to the current Archive Catalog. It will need to create an entry in the new Preservation Services Catalog instead, presumably through some form of "register" services call, to start a catalog entry and start the provenance.
Later, as the deposit completes, an update will be needed to update inventory, provenance and checksum information using new services. This is perhaps a combination of the complete-deposit and update-catalog robots.
