Need to discuss with @andrewjbtw to see what is missing that prevents release of this.
This is a stretch goal for the WC.
Currently deployed on QA/stage (controlled via feature flag). If what's there is good to go, this is just a config change.
If turned into an issue, this should be in sul-embed. There are multiple sul-embed issues (maybe still open?) related to this issue.
This came out of the fall 2023 viewer/media work cycle.
Related to the OCR work cycle because what's currently out in production doesn't let you do anything with OCR text.
