Arabic captions display as 'English' in caption setting button menu #2171

Expected behavior

The captions were coded as 'ar' during accessioning with the hope that they would display as Arabic in the viewer.

Actual behavior

The viewer displays the captions as 'English.'

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to https://purl.stanford.edu/bc962wz7181 and click the caption button.
