During the period when BAV wants to just display one exhibit (the "teaser" exhibit), they want to hide the display of the "Project background" and "Project staff" links in the exhibit home page sidebar.
We probably just want to comment these out because I think BAV will want to show them again when the other exhibits are launched next year.
