Crop derivatives for Networking and Medical Devices guided tours to remove image border. #193

Since the attract mode for guided tours doesn't use openSeadragon we need to crop the derivatives to remove the border that's present (using the OSD zoom to move the border out of view is not an option for the panning attract mode).
