i think this is maybe blocked on #213 (or at least a decision on whether #241 is the right approach for that).

Closing this ticket after extensive team discussion. At this point in time, SDR deposit and video capture are not requirements for the service.

Possible video capture to support a companion SVA Spotlight exhibit is pending discussion with curators in January.
