When a slideshow item has no date associated with it, we still show the separator character, which looks odd:
We shouldn't display the separator character when it is not separating two pieces of metadata.
This doesn't seem to occur very often or outside of the slideshow items (that I've noticed, anyway) so I can ask Henry when we discuss text issues in a week if it would be okay for us to use "Undated" (or something similar) for items without dates, in which case this wouldn't be an issue. So up to the team to decide whether to try to figure out a solution now, or wait a week to see the outcome from the discussion with Henry.
