This might not bother anyone else but my expectation of the guided tour stops is that we're zooming in at different levels and panning to different areas of the base image, but the content area is always filled by the image. This can be tricky based on what is the focus of the image so I'm not certain we can always do it. But in this example, I wonder if we have room to either change the zoom level slightly, or move the image down a bit, so we don't have the band of content area background visible?
It's just sort of distracting to me, especially since the bottom of the annotation box almost, but not quite, lines up with the bottom of the image.
