Unlike the screen 7 guided tours, in which the stops all feature people for which we have bio notes to display, for the screen 11 tours we weren't given bio note data by the curator (which makes sense, since most of their stops don't feature identifiable people) so there's nothing to display under the card summary text.
Given that, I suggest we figure out how to display the small horizontal rule that separates the card summary text and the bio note stuff only when there is a bio note to display. This means for screen 11 we wouldn't display the small horizontal rule at all in the current tours.
