The horizontal panning for these two tours is noticeably jerky compared to the panning on Ai Yamamoto's Album and the Black Community Survival Conference tour. I did an onsite test today and can confirm it's not a Device Mode blip. I've also noticed that it can affect the responsiveness of the "Touch to Begin" button:

Can this be fixed by adjust animation settings for only these two tours?
Do we need to use a smaller derivative image for the home screens?
