Add directory and thumbnail images for med-tech oral history #237

I know we haven't set up the yaml and other files to support the new Medical Technologies oral history yet, but when we do, this PR provides the thumbnail images required for it.

I assume we'll call this instance medical-technology since it's been referred to as "med tech" by everyone involved so far, but obviously it could be renamed in the code if someone thinks a different key/experience instance name would work better.
