Add new tour stop and reduce card summary text length - Networking tour #247

The card summary text was too long in the Networking tour so I took some of that text and used it as the annotation box text for a new tour stop, which zooms in on the Alpine Inn sign mentioned in the text. This idea was approved by Henry in our meeting last week.
