Wire up start over button for slideshows #25

The Start over button should send the viewer to the first slide (index.html) in the experience.

https://github.com/sul-dlss/wallscreens/blob/design-testing/_includes/silicon-valley/_interaction_area.html is currently not aware of which experience it's being displayed in, so some Jekyll finagling will be required.

🤞 it's not too bad.. we should be able to pass the start over url to the include e.g. https://jekyllrb.com/docs/includes/#passing-parameters-to-includes
